The attraction had so many facilities. I was just truly amazed by the scenic picture spots and booking on Headout was so easy. The cost was cheaper than the Singapore Cable Car but had more value.
It's easy to do check in process, only show the officer our email and scan the barcode, finish. Following the queue and go in to the cable car. A bit scared but I believe it's fully safe. One thing, I'm a bit unhappy for 1 cable car must filled for 8-10 people instead of 4 people like the marketing and sales suggestion. Overall it's fun and amaze with the view.
Don't have to queue. Just that scan code was difficult to find in the long email, even one of the staff doesn't know which scan code to use, there are multiple in the email.
Initially, the venue was overcrowded, so they need to increase the number of cable cars. Secondly, when I got off the cable car at the temple, I tried to find the route, but they had closed the stairs gate for no apparent reason. Only two shuttles were available for transport from the cable car station to the temple. The taxi drivers were charging 5 RM per person, which is too expensive. Furthermore, a security person gave me the wrong directions, so I missed the temple shuttle stop the first time. When I entered the second time, they rushed at me to buy a new ticket for no reason. In the end, I used a different ticket because I couldn't purchase a new one. Overall, it was a bad experience.
The ride was smooth! It was very cloudy in the morning when we went up but the views on the way down were beautiful. I highly recommend stopping to see the Chin Swee Caves Temple on the way back down. Taking the cable car up early was the best choice as we did not wait in line at all.
Ticket procedure was smooth and did not faced any problem at Genting highland ticket counter. Best app for ticket in advance
So pleased we booked here as the lines were long when we arrived. The tickets allowed us to use the VIP lane so it only took a few minutes instead of an hour. The cable car was fab with great views but the shopping centre, casinos and amusement park was loads of fun too. A great day out.
I love that I felt safe and it was such a beautiful view breathtaking and arriving to the temple was fantastic the casino was very nice too .
Great experience throughout. Very comfortable cars, steady speed. Some checking staff members at awana were bit rude but overall great service
The price very cheap than at the counter.Btw,that day we are unable to see the tropical forest due to cloudy and windy weather. But,the most important we are arrivie at our destination safely.
It was a breathtaking day at high point of genting Highland when you can touch the clouds and sky... it was a wonderful day for my family and i, that we spent a great time and having fun.. big thanks to everyone in hedout team whos hellp me within a minute through my digital problem that i faced... at that day my QR tickets was not working through machine in Awana Skyway but after i contact headout team they send me Active tickets in very sort time not more than 3 minutes 🙂😘👍🏼
I love the cleanliness of the station. Although we have to queue, since the weather is good and cable car on operation so is not so long waiting Plus, it is very efficient!
waiting tike ok but long que and only 1 fannif you're taking the cable car from hilltop to gpo. Weather not that cold that time and full with people. You have a big fan but its not working. a lot of foreigners complaining because its hot whne queuing. Toilet at hilltop is VERY DISAPPOINTING. Very smelly, wet and no water to wash your shit when you use the sitting toilet. The squad toilet you have water@ pipe but very limited toilet. Please install bidet at least
Buying tickets online is hassle-free. In the future, I hope to have more friendly staff and to receive better instruction from the Genting staff (especially those at cable car departure).
Overall cable car experience was awesome. However, if can assign someone to assist at queuing section cos the it quite a bit of mess there and the light was not switch on too.
easy booking... the apps was user friendly and definitely helps me out by not need to queue for long to purchase the tickets...
Overall theme parks, Mall, Food & Beverages and facilities well maintained. Of course, beautiful scenery and nice weather 🥰
Glad that we booked ahead of time with Head Out for the tickets to Genting Highland Cab Cars as it was a lot smoother and quicker to get up the hill.
It is quite a swift booking procedure,we just need to scan the codes directly from our phone. No need to redeem another tickets at location. Just use the codes provided provided to us in the pdf.
It was a super awesome experience in cable car, especially with the fantastic views and the weather made our days more memorable. The price is affordable and thank you for the discounts. See you again
Great experience. Less crowded than expected, and saved MYR50 (the additional fare for express line). Awesome views. By 6:00 pm, the park becomes deserted. My advice is to reach the place efore 4:00 pm, so that you get enough time to all activities. The toilets were closed, early(may because of maintenance)
The view and the ride of course. However need to have clear signage for passenger to start que at the Genting sides. People just cut que like nobody business.
It was worth it , it's my second time , but this time with family and they also loved it . Well managed and amazing experience with great views from the cable care
Wow 🤩 what aview from the tower. As we went around 7pm full kaula lampur brightened with colour full lights Ohhhh what a great view. Glass sky box wonderful. Cool breeze. Really enjoyed it and worth the visit and money. Better to book in advance. Thank you Headout🥰
It was good view and arrngement. The line is long but the arrangement was ok enough so the guest dont have to wait too long.
